Under 10's Match Report
Cimla travelled to play Court Herbert in their first game since before christmas due to a few postponments due to the weather.

The game kicked off with the boys knocking the ball around and keeping possesion very well. All the early play was taking place in midfield where James Carsley and Adam Bray were trying to impose themselves on the game but due to a bit of ring rust and the giant centrehalf the final ball was lacking.

The second half started in much the same vein with chances at a premium.James and Alexander who was tracking back in midfield played two lovely passes through only to be foiled once again by the central defender of Court Hertbert.

The game looked as if it was going to end nil-nil until the midfield finally got the better of the giant centre back. First Rhys Costain went in to tackle him but to no avail he was quickly followed by James Carsley and Alexander Greenslade for a bit of 3 on 1 and finally Alexander got the ball and passed it out to Adam Bray on the right wing . Adam took the ball on and hit a high looping shot that flew over the keeper and into the back of the net 1 nil to the cimla.

Once this went in the cimla boys controlled the ball and ran out the game. This was a close game and a good win for the first game back. Also thanks for Martin the Ref for finally blowing for handball against Court Herbert at the nineth attempt for which Coach Carsley was well pleased.
