• The Players are covered by the Club's Personal Injury Insurance Policy, and the West Wales FA Public Liability Cover (see exceptions below).
  
  
• The Age Groups are for the current Season, right up to 31st August.
  
  
• All entry fees and other costs to be met by the Teams.
  
  
• You should comply with the DEADLINE dates or else you may miss out.
  
  
• No Team should participate in any Tournament outside the West Wales FA area without the authorisation of the WWFA. Team Managers should contact the Club Secretary who will be happy to obtain the necessary permission.
  
  
• Any Team that takes part in a Tournament outside the West Wales FA area without authorisation will NOT be covered for personal injury or public liability cover (see 1 above).
  
  
• Regrettably, because we are right on the WWFA border it means that we have to be particularly careful, as even places like Efail Fach, Pontrhydyfen, Tonmawr, Cwmavon and of course Port Talbot are not in the WWFA area.
